Personal Training
These sessions are all about YOU…YOU…YOU-individualized training service catered to fixing muscle imbalances, correcting movement patterns and ultimately reaching your goal whether it be weight loss, muscle toning, strength, endurance, or optimizing your athletic abilities.
This service includes a 90min first time Consult Session including assessments to see how your body is functioning while plotting out goals and structuring a game plan based on your needs and assessment results.
